In September of 2016, Léa revealed that she and her boyfriend named André Meyer, were expecting their first kid. In the year 2017, on the 18th of January, Seydoux gave birth to a son, later named him a Georges. Léa has declared that the filming of Blue Is the Warmest Colour completed the question of her sexuality: Of course, I did as it was the part of acting. Me being as a person, as a human being It’s does nothing, making those scenes out of context, but at some point, I start questioning myself. But, I didn’t have any revelations.
In 2021 July, Léa tested COVID-19 positive was isolating and asymptomatic at her Paris home. The diagnosis forced her to miss the Cannes Film Festival of the year 2021. In total she did around 40 movies.
